Eshan Organized Guru-Dakshta: Faculty Induction Program
Eshan organized Guru-Dakshta, Faculty Induction Program w.e.f. May 03, 2021 to June 07, 2021 with participants from 16 HEIs across India. Mrs. Rashmi Mittal, Pro-Chancellor Eshan, in her valedictory address, urged the participants to THINK BIG and serve the community with excellence in teaching, research and life skills. FIP was structured as per UGC Guidelines, 2019 with 10 Modules spanning over 175 hours of rigorous training, experiential learning projects and quizzes. The key takeaways were hands-on practice on contemporary virtual learning platforms, E-content development, Qualitative Research & Statistical analysis and Life skills.
National Workshop On Research Methodology And Data Analysis Using 'SPSS'
The workshop on Research Methodology and Data Analysis using 'SPSS' was organized in synchronous online mode from April 26 to May 01, 2021. Around 160 faculty members and research scholars from 57 Universities and Colleges across the country participated. The workshop resulted in capacity building on data analysis using SPSS, hypothesis testing, correlation and regression analysis and ethics in research culminating with high impact publication.
Eshan Organized Refresher Course On Research Methodology And Data Analysis
Eshan organized Refresher Course on Research Methodology and Data Analysis with 82 participants from 33 institutions across India. The course curriculum was designed as per the UGC Guidelines-2019 and framework of 18-day, 72 hours were adhered to. The course resulted in capacity building on Scale Development and Standardization, Statistical Analysis Techniques, Data Visualization with Tableau and Publication Ethics.

Prof. Anil Dattatraya Sahasrabudhe , Chairman : AICTE, inaugurated Human Resource Development Programs 2016-17 at Eshan Campus on May 15, 2016. He anticipated Eshan and 19 more Govt. and private Universities of India to be among top 100 Universities of the world .

To develop a case writing culture in Indian B-Schools, faculty members were trained on case writing and case based teaching methodologies for industry oriented teaching.
